How does the customisation process work?
To start a custom order, please click here view our portfolio of designs. If you see something you like, please email us with details of the design you would like done, and the item you would like Crystallized (dimensions would also be appreciated). We can do any design, we are not restricted to those that we have done before, so give us a challenge! We will get back to you with a quotation and time scale required. Once you are happy with price quoted by us, you can download our orderform and mail your phone in via a signed-for/trackable service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery (for UK orders).
