How does the custom fountain ordering process work?
Once we finalize your design and start working with one of our fountain manufacturers on the creation process, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will keep you updated on the manufacturing process and ensure that you are pleased with the progress and results. Once the fountain is completed, the balance is due along with shipping costs. The fountain will be shipped to you once we receive payment in full. Typical costs incurred to customize a fountain range from 2-3 times the cost of a standard unit. The only exception to this is the addition of a logo to a standard unit.
