A. Every Jobseeker submission made through the CreativeHeads.net ATS application is automatically cross referenced through the entire CreativeHeads.net talent pool and matched against one or more of the following candidate items – first initial of first name, last name, email and phone number. Also, all candidate submissions are electronically date stamped down to the second, and duplicate submissions are flagged immediately with a prominent icon.
