How does the creation/redemption process work?
Every day, authorized participants receive a file that tells them which securities and how many shares of each must be delivered in order to create shares of any given Global X Fund. The authorized participants acquire these securities on the capital markets, then deposit them with the custodian, which issues the appropriate number of shares. The redemption process is the same, but in reverse.
