HOW DOES THE COURT INFORM THE PARTIES ABOUT A TRIAL DATE IN A SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY, LAW DIVISION, SPECIAL CIVIL PART CASE?
In most cases, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Special Civil Part informs the parties or their attorneys of a trial date at least 30 days before trial.
