WIMV-DC is composed of two sections: one is made up of members of the entire group and the second includes 5 individuals who are elected by the greater group each month. These 5 people help decide issues that the group has delegated to them and most of their work focuses implementing the group’s decisions. General decisions and overall management is conducted by the entire group. No one person is chosen or represents the group as a leader.
