How does the cooling-off period work?
The seven day cooling-off period is applied the day after the day we receive your application form and initial subscription. We will not open your ISA during the cooling-off period. Your money will remain uninvested during this period and interest will accrue, but this interest will not be credited to your ISA. To withdraw your application during this seven day period, you must send us a completed cancellation form, which we must receive before the end of the seven days.
