The Comprehensive Plan is different in the following ways: • The Standard Plan provides comprehensive coverage and service unmatched in the Industry. Our Comprehensive Standard Plan’s coverage, includes coverage for: • Failure due to Lack of Maintenance • Failure due to Rust or Corrosion • Failure due to Improperly Installed or Mismatched HVAC Systems • Water Heater Sediment • Unknown Pre-Existing Condition Coverage * * While not offered at some companies, is still a “standard” at Old Republic Home Protection • The optional Upgrades offered with the Comprehensive Plan allow customers to increase their coverage depending on their home’s unique systems and appliances, as well as add enhanced services to assist in their total budget protection from unnecessary expenses.
