The Climate Savers Computing Initiative and 80+ are both programs that promote the development and purchase of energy efficient power supplies for use in desktop, laptop, thin client, and work station computers as well as servers. Both CSCI and 80+ use the same naming conventions for labeling efficient power supply categories as well as efficiency requirements for each of the categories.
