How does the client need to prepare?
For the long-distance SR/E, no special preparations are required. Clients should cultivate a quiet and reflective mind during the period that is reserved for the SR/E, and should try to avoid times of stress or turmoil. We don’t recommend large family gatherings, weddings, funerals or moving household goods or any other situations where your focus is not on yourself when an SR/E is scheduled. The Client is not required to disclose any medical history prior to the SR/E, but is encouraged to give feedback on the observations made by the Shaman after the journey is complete. For local SR/E, the Shamanic Facilitator will provide detailed information on the process before it begins.
