How does the Cincinnati Broadband service work?
Cincinnati Broadband service is delivered through a technology known as Broadband over Power Lines, or BPL. We have installed special equipment on the power lines near your home to make this service available. Once you have signed up for the service, we will send you a special power line modem. Connect the modem to your computer using a standard Ethernet cable we provide, and plug the modem into virtually any electrical outlet for access to the high-speed Internet connection.
