How does the Christian counselor support a spiritual family?
Each spiritual family has two lay leaders. These leaders help direct family meetings and they also consult with the assigned Christian counselor regularly to discuss the progress of the spiritual family. Where the lay leaders determine it would be helpful to the family process, the counselor will be invited to attend one or more family meetings or consult directly with the neighbor or another spiritual family member(s).
