Customers who pay electronically through ibxpress.com do not need to do anything. Your new premium amount will be deducted automatically from your bank account. If you make a plan change that lowers your monthly premium, you may receive a credit that will reduce the amount of your next bill. If you use your bank’s bill-paying system, simply pay your bill as always; be sure to enter your new bill-to account number that will be printed on your first invoice.
