How does the chamber decrease ghosting problems?
Ghosting is caused by cells, in certain areas of the anilox, not being completely filled with ink before coming in contact with the printing plate. At faster speeds, some pan and chamber designs do not force the ink into the cells. The PINNACLE chambered systems, unique, internal isometric design forces the ink into the cells while moving the exchanged air to the return outlets and lets the air escape to atmosphere prior to the ink/coatings being brought back to the feed tank.
