Patient has: 1) verbalized increased knowledge re: eating disorders and the recovery process; 2) demonstrated ability to set and review realistic goals; 3) verbalized insight into triggers, response patterns, and connections between her/his relationships with food, self and others; 4) demonstrated an increased motivation for change; 5) demonstrated ability to use alternative coping and self-care strategies; and 6) demonstrated ability to do cognitive restructuring. Family/Significant other education and meetings have been completed.
