How does The CCRE Program work? How long will it take?

The CCRE starts as a legal administrative dispute process that is based on Federal and State law, bank law, and more specifically, The Texas Constitution, The Fair Credit Billing Act, and The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. The process uses these laws (and others) to dispute the way in which your account was established from the beginning which in turn allows you to legally dispute the current balances. From here, the Client has the option of continuing with the dispute process or settling for a greatly reduced amount on the balances of their credit card – often for dimes on the dollar, but at least for a cumulative/aggregate amount of 50% or their money back! Some accounts might be settled for more than 50%, but the total average will be 50% or less or you will not be charged.
