How does the cancellation/refund procedure work and is the premium paid refundable when cancelled?
Visitor insurance plans available on this website are cancelable, however the refund and cancellation procedure and policy is different for each company. While some companies allow you to cancel the policy before its start date, others allow you to cancel the policy and get the refund on prorate basis. Follow this link to get more information on cancellation and refund: Plan Cancellation and Premium Refund If you want to cancel your policy send an email to support@visitorscoverage.com with complete details including policy number, date of purchase, and the reason for plan cancellation. Upon receipt of this information we will initiate the policy cancellation with the insurance company. Please allow 7-10 business days to process the cancellation.
