How does the business development mentoring/coaching work?
Both the SA Government and AIIA are keen to ensure that companies awarded IIP grants have a degree of business acumen to ensure that the project being undertaken is a success. Based on the review panels view of the level of company maturity and capability, successful applicants may be required to undertake business development coaching through the SA Department of Trade and Economic Developments ICT Growing Global Companies program. Successful applicants will also be assigned an experienced ICT industry mentor to guide them through the each stage of the project. There is no cost associated with either of these services.
