How does the Bursar Office communicate important information to me?

0

The Bursar Office uses every available form of communication to contact students about information regarding their student accounts. Bills are mailed to students whose accounts are not flagged as expecting financial aid or scholarship by the dates published on the Academic Calendar. Official email is sent to students’ UTD email accounts regarding refunds and outstanding balances. Students with current information on file also receive phone calls via our automated system regarding outstanding balances and payment deadlines. The Comet Calendar, the Money Matters section of the Galaxy student page, the Bursar Website, and messages posted on the electronic sign in front of the Conference Center are other ways the Bursar Office provides students important information regarding their financial obligations to the University. Students may also contact us at (972) 883-2612 or email bursarsoffice@utdallas.edu with questions regarding their student accounts.
