How does the Builder Bonus Program work?
The Builder Bonus Program is very simple to participate in. If you purchase a new home from one of our Rent Away™ builders and utilize America’s Premiere Mortgage™ for your mortgage loan plus one of our approved associate Real Estate Agents the builder will match your credits toward closing cost. Example: You purchase a $200,000 home and accumulate $2,000 in credits to apply toward closing cost. The builder will take $2,000 off the purchase price of the home. So instead of paying $200,000 for the home you will pay $198,000!
