How does the budget billing plan work?
Under this plan you will receive an estimated bill that is the same amount each month during the period (subject to periodic adjustments). At the end of each period, we will reconcile the amount you have paid against the amount you would have paid based on actual usage and, if you remain on the plan, the difference will be divided by 12 and the resulting amount will be added to (or subtracted from) each bill in the next 12 month period. If you do not remain on the plan, the entire difference will be added to (or subtracted from) your next bill. Call our contact centre to enroll your account on this plan.
