How does the Bridge connect to Genesys T-server?

The bridge uses a Microsoft .NET version of the Genesys T-library interface. It works with all General Availability (GA) versions of Genesys including 3.X, 5.X and 7.0. There is almost no load on the T-server and this module has been in production for years with our softphone product.
