How does the bridal portrait work?
Because we are strategically located near the most popular portrait sites (such as the McNay, Botanical Gardens, San Antonio Country Club, and downtown) most brides bring their dresses in to the studio. We do the hair and make-up there and then help you get into your dress. We then drive you to the portrait location and stay during the entire shoot. We work as your personal assistant doing touch-ups on your make-up, helping you with your train, and making sure you look your very best for each shot. When the photographer is finished, we drive you back to the studio where you change back into your street clothes. Because this service demands a three-hour minimum on our part, we charge $150 for the sitting. The service we offer for the bridal portrait is easily the most popular.
