Part-time salaried employees salaries are already prorated to match their reduced number of scheduled work hours. Therefore, if you select the bonus payment, you will receive 2.5% of your prorated salary. If you elect to receive bonus leave, you will be given the percentage of scheduled work time (50% of full time, 60% of full time, etc.) multiplied by 80 hours. A part-time employee who chooses the combination of bonus payment and bonus leave will receive a 1.25% bonus payment plus bonus leave equal to the work-time percentage multiplied by 40 hours.
