How does the Board get licensee information on a given complaint?

The Board will be at liberty to seek further information from the licensee or complainant at any time. Any further information received shall be forwarded to theother party. The party from whom further information is sought shall respond within fourteen (14) days from the date of such request, failing which, in the disputeof the complainant, the Complaint shall be deemed to have been withdrawn, and in the dispute of the licensee, the Board shall give such orders against thelicensee as it deems fit.
