How does the BNP differ from the British National Front?
The BNP grew out of the National Front in the early 80s I think. The NF has always been an uncompromising hardcore racist movement, whereas the BNP have been trying to shed some of the baggage and get a more respectable image. In any event, the BNP seems to attract votes from people who would never in a million years vote for the National Front.
