How does the bloodtest work?
The NuTron Advanced programme consists of a blood sample being drawn and then sent to the ALCAT laboratory in Germany where it is tested against up to 200 foods for an inflammatory response. The ALCAT test identifies food intolerances, not food allergies – and the results of this test are returned to the clinic in an easy to understand color-coded format. They highlight each patients incompatible foods and the level of each reaction (severe, moderate, and mild). The test results clearly identify the foods that are non-reactive or “safe” foods by putting them in the green section of results and organizing them by food groups.
