How does the Bank measure Knowledge Sharing and its impact?
The Bank sponsors a wide range of internal studies, which include questions on a regular staff survey on access to knowledge and their ability to provide clients with relevant knowledge. It also participates in studies organized by outside organizations. The findings are both quantitative and qualitative.
