If the Bank has few resources or staff to devote to scanning files to be delivered to the Virtual Deal Room the Bank can outsource this work to a scanning service for a reasonable fee per loan or document scanned. Rates and fees will vary depending on the Bank location, number of loans or documents to be scanned and whether files need to be shipped on can be scanned on the Bank premises.
