How does the Availability Guide work?
With thousands of DVDs being returned and dispatched every day, predicting demand is a very complicated science and some discs, such as certain New Releases, may be subject to very high short term demand. However, to give you the greatest possible control over your List, we provide an Availability Guide within the MyList area, to help you see which titles are available immediately and which may be subject to a degree of delay. New Members are required to choose an absolute minimum of 10-15 titles and, on average, our Members have 31 discs in their Lists, although some have over 2000! Maintaining a balanced choice of at least 10-15 discs in your List and referring to the Availability Guide will ensure that the service runs smoothly for you.
