How does the automatic price increase system work?
To activate the automatic price increase system for your RouteManager installation you must key in a percentage increase in the Price Increase % field in Options Maintenance. This activates the feature for your installation. At this point you need to key a date for the price increase to take effect in the Price Increase Date field in Contract Maintenance for every customer subject to the automatic price increase. If you wish to vary the percent for any customer you can key the percent (including Zero for no increase) in the Price Increase % field in Contract Maintenance. When the Price Increase Date is reached for the customer the prices for all Services and Wearers is automatically increased by the appropriate percent. At the same time the Price Increase Date is increased by 365 days so that an automatic price increase will take effect again next year.
