In order to easily manage your monthly advertising budget, PageSeeker/ROAR has implemented an automated monthly billing feature. Advertisers are able to set a desired monthly limit (what we call an Upper Limit) that they are prepared to spend each month. This can be anywhere from $25 to $5000.
