How does the auto transport service process work?
After you have submitted your online order form and paid the deposit, then your vehicle will be assigned to a truck. It usually takes a few days to match your vehicle to a truck. If you are in a less populated area matching a truck to your vehicle can take long. Once your vehicle has been assigned a truck, the dispatch or driver will call you to schedule a pick. At that time, the driver will perform a thorough inspection of your vehicle, noting any damage on the bill of lading. Once the driver gets close to your area they will call and setup a delivery time. When you receive your vehicle, another inspection will be done with you referencing the bill of lading. It would however be advisable to inspect your vehicle TOGETHER with the company reps. before the trip commences and during delivery.
