How does the auto-refresh work?

The auto-refresh feature of our page updates the Incident Summary frame once a minute. This is the top frame that opens after clicking on a dispatch or communications center name. You can “force” this frame to update by selecting the refresh or reload feature in your browser more often. The Incident Details frame does not have the auto-refresh feature. You can manually force it to refresh by selecting the refresh or reload feature in your browser, or by clicking on the incident again.
