How does the Authors information appear?
The Author’s information is compared by the program in order of entry. If the Affiliations,City, State and Country are the same, this information will appear at the end of all the listed names. If The Department is different, the Co-Author’s name and Department will appear, the City State and Country will be listed at the end. If all the Co-Author’s have different Affiliations and addresses, all the information will be listed. It is important that the Author’s information is entered accurately. Only list Department name (i.e. Patholoy, Oncology), Institution name (i.e. University of Tokyo, Hannover Medical School). Please check your abstract draft thoroughly before submitting, so you can make changes. Once submitted you have no access to it. IMPORTANT: If you are interested in adding co-authors to your individual abstract within the symposium, make sure you enter the additional authors’ names in the body of your abstract.
