How does the Australian Green Tree Frog escape predatation (avoid being eaten)?

0

Australian Green Tree Frog, Litoria caerulea is able to adapt its color depending on temperature and color of the environment, ranging from brown to green. It lives in canopy of trees near a still-water source, occasionally in swamps (among the reeds) or in grasslands, all good places to hide. It is a nocturnal animal. Its large discs at the end of its toes, ( about five millimeters in diameter at maturity ) help the frog grip while climbing and enable it to escape. It is able to emit a blustering stress call putting predators to flight. ( predators: snakes, some species of lizards and birds, also cats and dogs, because the frog got into the way of living near human houses.
