How does the Aura-Soma colour system work?
There is vast scientific evidence to support the importance and influence of colour on human beings. Quantum physics has found that light-energy is the basic building block of all creation. In fact, Einstein said: “All matter is light vibrating at different frequencies.” This includes the human body. Likewise, colour is light, vibrating at different wavelengths and frequencies. For example, in the colour spectrum red has the longest wavelength and slowest frequency, whereas violet has the shortest wavelength and fastest frequency.
