How does the ArtTix ticket purchasing process work?
After you have searched the ArtTix database and selected the performance that you’d like to attend you will be asked to input your name, contact and credit card information. The ArtTix website will save your contact and credit information if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option found at the end of the ‘Patron Information’ form. After selecting the ‘Purchase Tickets’ option, an order confirmation will appear and an e-mail confirmation will be forwarded to you. Your order and email confirmations will inform you if your tickets will be mailed to you, if they will be available at the performance ‘Will Call’ window or if your e-confirmation will serve as your actual ticket.
