How does the Arbonne consultant compensation plan work? For someone who wants to begin slowly?
Great questions – and Sandi did a wonderful job of getting down to the nitty gritty of the compensation plan. Arbonne does not have monthly requirements regarding selling or sponsoring and it is true – it’s all available for just $29. I did not start with the intent to grow a business, but rather to enjoy the products at a discount. I believe this is something that we both can relate to. It’s just like telling a friend or family member about a great movie you saw or a restaurant you loved – we all do it all the time, every day. This (in a very basic nutshell) is multi-level-marketing. Pyramid schemes work a lot differently and Arbonne in no way, shape or form is one of these companies. Here’s an interesting thing to ponder really quickly: the pyramid scheme. Someone sitting at the top making all the money, while all the “little people” at the bottom are running around like crazy doing all the work trying to make ends meat.
