Essentially, our anti-spam process uses multiple checks to find what is considered to be spam. The factors it will use to make it’s determination consist of not only the sending server, but sender, subject, body and header of the email. When spam arrives in you inbox, check the box to the left of the message and hit ‘mark as spam’. The email will be sent to the Spam Team, which will analyze the email and make needed modifications. The other half of using our anti-spam system, is to periodically go into the ‘BULK’ folder and make sure no valid emails were incorrectly identified as spam. When you find these so-called ‘false-positives’, select them and hit ‘Mark as Not Spam’. All the stuff that remains can simply be deleted to conserve space.
