How does the AME blended learning take the pain out of teaching accounting?
Blended Learning combines online learning interventions with other forms of flexible learning and more traditional forms of learning. It is the term used to describe learning or training events or activities where online, in its various forms, is combined with traditional class room training. Blended learning can be delivered in a variety of ways. A common model is delivery of “theory” content by e-learning prior to actual attendance at a training course or program to put the “theory” into practice. This teaching method is a very efficient and effective method of delivery and has proven to take the pain out of teaching accounting. This resource also greatly increases the independence of students by allowing them to work at their own pace outside class.
