How does the All Programs menu work?

The All Programs menu allows the user to chose any program loaded on the computer. The All Programs menu can contain an application shortcut or application directories. Click picture for larger view . The application shortcut is located on the menu and displayed like Internet Explorer is in the picture above. Sometimes programs are grouped into application directories and inside the application directory is where the user can find the application shortcut as shown above with Groupwise directory. To view the choices inside an application directory, place the mouse pointer on top of the application directory so that it is highlighted and wait a second or two and an additional window will open displaying the application shortcuts for that application directory. Once you find the application shortcut for the program, move the mouse to highlight the program and then click the left mouse button.
