A. The average textbook margin provided by publishers and distributors is 20%. The Agora has always sold textbooks and reference books below suggested retail price wherever possible. We keep our internal costs low and recognize that our presence within the uOttawa market, our standard-setting services and our competitive prices are important to the uOttawa community.
