How does the AdvoCare® Fruit & Fiber Bar compare with an apple?
Per serving, an average, medium-sized apple contains approximately 56% more total sugar and approximately 63 times greater the fructose content than the Fruit & Fiber Bar. The protein content of the Fruit & Fiber Bar is approximately 12 times higher per serving than the apple, while the fat content of the Fruit & Fiber Bar is approximately 10 times higher than the apple (a good thing!). Higher levels of 11 vitamins and 10 minerals are found in the Fruit & Fiber Bar as compared to the average medium-sized apple.
