The Advisory Board has established a system to assist them in randomly selecting dose reconstructions for review. The system they are using helps the Advisory Board make sure that the random sample of cases selected for review represents a variety of places of employment and probability of causation values. Please note: The Advisory Board does not review cases which do not have a final decision from DOL, and they do not handle cases based on appeals of decisions.
