How does the “Addison Bailey” vacation home co-owners allocate usage?
The “Addison Bailey” co owners have a pre determined annual schedule that allows each owner 4 weeks a year. The schedules are designed so that the owners weeks move back one week each year giving each owner usage of any particular week in a 13 year period. Example: Let say Owner “C” has the week of July 3-10 in 2008. That same owner will then have the week of July 11-18 in 2009 etc. The schedule is set up in 13-week periods starting January 1 and thus allows each owner 1 week in every season.
