Students requesting special accommodation due to a medical condition, disability, or other situation that may affect campus living should complete the “Request for Special Accommodation in Housing Assignment” form. It is available in 151 New Hall West and must be completed by a physician. This form can also be mailed or faxed to you at your request. The outcome of a request for accommodation must be known before placement decisions are made. We recommend that you file your request as soon as possible.
