Local educational agencies or consortia that receive awards from their State educational agencies shall, after timely and meaningful consultation with appropriate private school officials, provide children enrolled in private schools, as well as their teachers and other educational personnel, with an opportunity to participate on an equitable basis in the Technology Literacy Challenge Fund. • Can States use a portion of their allocation for administrative expenses?
