How does the ability to purchase a block of bulk messages work?
Once you signup and pick your monthly plan you can purchase a block of bulk messages. These messages rollover month to month for 12 months and are used only after all your monthly messages are used up. For example: Lets say you have 200 messages left in your plan and 1,000 in your bulk plan and you send out an alert to 500 of your subscribers. We use all 200 messages in your account and then take 300 out of your bulk account. The remainder of the month we will use messages from your bulk account.
