How does the AAC process differ for posts in cleft lip and palate surgery?

There are two major differences in this case. Firstly, the job description for the post does not need to be approved by an RSPA. Instead it should be sent to Mr. Eric Freedlander, Consultant Plastic Surgeon, as well as Mr. Alistair Smyth, Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Secondly, the College will secure two Assessors to sit on the interview panel. One will be from plastic surgery whilst the other will be from oral and maxillofacial surgery. Relevant guidelines for Medical Staffing (Trust), College Assessors and RSPAs can be found here.
